Learn how the Character System works in Koete and how you can expand your roster of playable characters.

System Overview

In Koete, players can acquire new characters through various in-game methods, including:

  • Shopping: Purchase characters in in-game stores.
  • Monster Drops: Obtain characters as loot from defeated enemies.
  • Missions: Complete specific quests to unlock characters.
  • Bosses: Defeat powerful bosses for a chance to earn unique characters.

How It Works

All acquired characters are stored in a dedicated character panel. Characters are cumulative, meaning players can collect multiple copies of the same character.

If a player obtains duplicate characters, they can:

  • Remove Extras: Clear out excess characters.
  • Trade: Exchange duplicates with other players.
  • Sell: List characters in the market for profit.

Character Ranking

Characters are categorized into different rarity ranks, but all characters have equal strength. The ranks are:

  • B - Common
  • A - Uncommon
  • S - Rare
  • SS - Very Rare
  • SSS - Extremely Rare
  • SP - Legendary
